Two times this happened to me. I go through the drive thru and get a hazelnut iced Miachiatto. I drive away no sugar. The second time this happened I went back.The manager tells me you need to ask for sugar. I never had to ask at the one in Lockport or Joliet. He threw sugar in my drink and gave it back. I'm pretty sure most people prefer sugar in their drink. Just a tactic save money.
